The process is very easy and simple and it takes only a few minutes. When you submit your claim, Sassa will send the SMS to your personal email address provided earlier.
Before you receive this SMS, make sure that you check your junk email folder, because if there are any messages from them, then ignore them and wait for later instructions from them through SMS. After receiving this SMS from Sassa company, you need to reply back to the first SMS within 24 hours otherwise Sassa will consider your submission incomplete and will reject your application for further consideration.
What is the process for receiving a Sassa grant in your bank account?
First of all, you need to put the banking details on your Sassa r350 relief grant and then you can send the SMS. You have to remember that, when you are doing this application via SMS, this must be done within a period of 28 days from the date when you got your grant letter. Now follow the steps:

- To change your banking information, scroll down to the section entitled ‘How do I do it
- Enter your ID number in the blank
- Through a link in the SMS, you receive an OTP code. Your mobile number is the only one that will receive the link, which is secure and unique to you.
