- Login:
- Enter your email.
- Enter your password.

Resetting Password
If you’ve forgotten your password:
Click on “Reset Forgotten Username/Password” at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your Username and click on the “Reset Password” button at the bottom right of the screen.
- If you provided a valid cellphone number or email address during registration, you’ll receive a temporary password via SMS or email.
- Use the temporary password to log in, and you’ll be prompted to change your password.

Searching
After logging in, the default search screen will appear.
- You can search by Surname, Name, Hospital Number, Doctor Code, Episode, MRN, and Specimen Reference.
- Enter one or more search parameters and click the “Search” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- The results will appear based on your input.
Advanced Search Option:
- Click on the downward-facing arrow next to Advanced Search to access more search fields.
- Populate the fields as needed and click the “Search” button at the bottom.

Viewing Results
After performing the search, patient information will appear.
Click on patient details to access two options: “View” and “PDF” (printable).
View Option:
Click on the test you want to view the result for.
- The available (resulted) test will have a blue font, and non-resulted tests will be in black font.
- Check Patient Reports
PDF Option:
Click on the PDF icon to view all tests ordered on an episode number.
Note the report status, such as Final, Provisional, and Amended Results in the body of the report. Final, Provisional, and Amended Results
Logging Off
- If inactive for about 15 minutes, the system will log you out (your last search will be retained).
- To manually log out and save resources, click on the face-like icon with your name in the top right corner.
- The screen will show options to lock your session or change your password.
